Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups white rice 1/2 lb. spicy smoked sausage 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined 1 (10oz) can chicken breast and 1 (4oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning 1 teaspoon of parsley for garnish   Directions: Cut the smoked sausage in half, lengthwise, then into 1/4” half circles. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice 3 cups low sodium chicken broth 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 3 tablespoons minced onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 (4 oz) can dice green chilies with liquid 1 (10 oz) can of chicken breast   Directions: Place all ingredients into the inner cooking pot and stir until evenly distributed. Place the inner cooking pot into the rice cooker, place the lid securely onto the Rice Cooker and press the COOK SWITCH. Allow rice to cook until the rice cooker switches to KeepWarm. Stir and serve immediately. Serves 4.

FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients: 1 pound (about 3 medium) russet potatoes Olive oil, for spraying 1 teaspoon kosher or seasoned salt Directions: Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick pieces, about 4 inches long. Pat dry completely. Place the Air Fryer Basket onto the Baking Pan. Put the dried potatoes into the pan. Spray with oil. Sprinkle with salt and toss. Spread into a single layer. Put the assembled pan into Rack Position 2. Set to AirFry at 400°F for 15 minutes, cooking until desired crispiness is achieved. When French fries are done, transfer them to a serving bowl.
