Refund policy

Return Policy:

Orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@accelerate360.com and provide the order number, the item you would like to return, and the detailed reason for returning. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

We highly recommend returning the item in the same box it came in to avoid damage during transit and to please add or ask your carrier to add extra protection when shipping back the return. We are not responsible for any returns damaged during transit and reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage or do not meet the return policy in full.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:
If the return has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
